At this spring celebration you will learn about 1940s farming as volunteers using authentic equipment plant corn and oats in the fields on the south end of the fairgrounds (weather permitting). Minnesota Whips and Wheels will display horses of many breeds pulling vintage carriages. Saturday events include a carriage and sleigh display, a horse/carriage-related tack swap, driving clinics, and related vendors. Sunday will feature a 9 a.m.
church service, a carriage and sleigh display with presentation from 10 a.m. -1 p.m., a vehicle display and a 1 p.m. parade of carriages.
