Adults, Through calming and gentle exercises, poses, and reflection, we gradually increase our awareness , circulation, flexibility, and strength, and prepare ourselves not only for the days ahead, but for a lifestyle infused with physical and spiritual purpose. This course is designed for people of all skill levels, but is especially well suited for those who are in the early stages of practicing yoga, and those who are new to it altogether. This is an opportunity to practice with your partner, friends or family members-this is yoga for everyone!
