Lakeville Drivers Continue to Maneuver Detours

Interstate 35/35E/35W

I-35E north and southbound
• North and southbound I-35E will be reduced to a single lane in each direction through July 25. Traffic travels head to head on the northbound side of the roadway between the I-35/35W/35E split and Cedar Avenue.
• North and southbound I-35E will be reduced to a single lane in each direction from July 25-31.  Traffic travels head to head on the southbound side of the roadway between Cedar Avenue and Diffley Road.
• Speeds reduced to 55 miles an hour.

County Road 11 Access: Southbound I-35E ramps to and from County Road 11 are closed through July 22. Follow posted detour.

County Road 42 Access: County Road 42 ramp to northbound I-35E will be closed between 10 p.m. Friday, July 19, to 5 a.m. Monday, July 22.  Follow posted detour.

County Road 11 Access: Southbound I-35E ramps to and from County Road 11 will be closed through July 22. Follow posted detour.

McAndrews Road Bridge: McAndrews Road Bridge spanning I-35E will be closed through July 24. Follow posted detour. The pedestrian detour is County Road 11, Evergreen Drive and Portland Avenue.

I-35 south to County Road 2 in Elko: Road resurfacing is slated to begin on July 22. This section of I-35 eventually will become single-lane traffic until November. Watch for further updates on this project.

DODD BOULEVARD AND HIGHVIEW AVENUE

Dodd Boulevard from 183rd Street to 175th Street and Highview Avenue from 1,100 feet south of Dodd to 175th Street will remain closed to traffic for several months. Traffic should follow the posted detour.

Dodd Boulevard will become a 4-lane divided roadway with a roundabout intersection at Dodd and Highview Avenue. The project also includes the reconstruction of Highview Avenue from approximately 1,100 feet south of Dodd to 175th Street.

County Road 9
• Grading the roadway.
• Storm sewer installation.
• Relocation of private utilities (phone, electric, etc.).

Highview Avenue
• Grading the roadway
• Relocation of private utilities (phone, electric, etc.).

Schedules are subject to change due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
