Be safe by following these safety tips: <ul> <li>Heat food in containers only intended for microwave use</li> <li>Open food slowly. Hot steam escaping from the container can cause painful burns</li> <li>Never use aluminum foil or metal objects in a microwave oven</li> <li>If a fire should start inside the oven, leave the door closed, disconnect the power cord, if safe to do so</li> </ul>
