PHOTOS: Lakeville North Boys Basketball Improves to 3-0
Panthers used marksmanship from the charity stripe to help seal the win.
The boys' basketball team made 18-of-19 free throws in the second half to help keep Champlin Park at bay en route to a 63-50 victory on Saturday. The two met in Minnetonka as part of the 10th Annual Breakdown Sports Tip Off Classic. The Panthers are ranked No. 6 in Class AAAA.
The Panthers were without the services of Devin Shockley and Tyler Flack for the game, but Brett Rasmussen and Ryan Saarela stepped up to help the void netting 25 and 18-points respectively.
The Panthers are now 3-0 on the season and next face Chaska on Tuesday night.
