
Fourth-seeded Lakeville North wil play top-seeded Eden Prairie in the semifinals of the state girls lacrosse tournament at 7 p.m. Thursday at Chaska High School. Lakeville North enters the game with a 13-4 record after its 16-14 state quarterfinal victory over fifth-seeded Burnsville on Tuesday night. Kacie Waagbo scored five goals and Hannah Koloski scored four for the Panthers on Tuesday. Alyssa Friesen made 11 saves. Eden Prairie shut out Champlin Park, 18-0, on Tuesday. Eden Prairie has a 16-1 record. The winner of tonight's game will meet the winner of the Blake-Stillwater matchup in the state championship game at 3 p.m. Saturday at Chanhassen High School. The loser will play in the third-place game at 1 p.m. Saturday, also at Chanhassen.
