Last Chance to Visit 'The 99' in Lakeville
The walkthrough theater showing ways young people die ends its Lakeville run on Sunday.
It's your last weekend to experience The 99 in Lakeville.
The 99 describes itself as "a walkthrough theater that graphically reenacts the five leading causes of death in teenagers and young adults. Many of these deaths are influenced by drugs or alcohol and a vast majority of them can be avoided."
It's in Lakeville at 16655 Kenyon Ave. (Look for the enormous tent in the parking lot of Celebration Church.)
Hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 7–11 p.m. "Show up early to get in before the rush," advises The 99's Facebook page.
"it’s cool how they didn’t sugar-coat anything," one Lakeville North student told Sun This Week.
