Sixth Annual Suburban Adventure Walk & Run is June 8

Tradition Companies is hosting its sixth annual Suburban Adventure Walk & Run on Saturday, June 8, at 8 a.m. at Spirit of Brandtjen Farm, 16972 Brandtjen Farm Drive, Lakeville. The public event includes a 5K, 10K, a walk, children’s fun run and family activities. Complete details and registration information are available at www.suburbanadventure.org. Registration begins at 8 a.m. with events beginning at 9 a.m. followed by lunch. Other activities for children and families include strong men, dog agility demonstration, face painting, clowns, YaYa Vette Cha’ Corvette Club, swimming pool, playground, basketball, and volleyball. The proceeds will be donated to HopeKids Minnesota, a nonprofit organization that supports children with life threatening illnesses and their families. The community can be involved by participating in the race, sponsoring a race team, corporate sponsorship, or through a monetary donation. This one event helps raise a significant percentage of the money HopeKids needs each year to provide family events.
