• Community Circles Program (klfdradio.com) — Litchfield residents are invited to learn how they can mentor local homeless neighbors through Meeker Area Ministries' Community Circles sessions on October 13 and 29 at 6 p.m. on North Sibley Avenue. Attendees can explore volunteer roles, while others can support the effort by donating to Meeker Area Ministries' Litchfield post office box.
• Volleyball roundup: Paynesville rallies to knock off Litchfield (wctrib.com) — Litchfield High School's volleyball team fell to Paynesville in four sets Monday but will be back on their home court Thursday at 7 p.m. against Watertown-Mayer. The roundup also highlights conference standings and results for several nearby schools, giving local fans a sense of how Litchfield stacks up in regional play.
