Cedar Island families will light luminaries and place them along their front yards, in celebration of sharing the glow and connecting each neighbor together. Grab the kids, the pets and enjoy a stroll in the neighborhood by foot or by vehicle. Stroll starts at 73rd Ave. N., down Timber Lane around to Willow Rd. the secret passage is on Teakwood Lane, ending on the walk path on the south side of the lake’s trail it will be lit with ice luminaries.
Event is free and open to the community.
Donations for School District #279’s homeless youth, can be dropped off at 7231 W. Timber Lane. Items needed are Hygiene, non- perishable food items, blankets and socks.
