2nd Hand Store Eye Sore

Can something be done about the junk all over the front sidewalk and the sheets hanging outside the 2nd hand store off of 101st and Lancaster Lane N?  People in the neighborhood work hard to keep their homes looking nice and we have to drive by and look at items all over the sidewalk and the poor attempt to hide it all with sheets hanging over the outside of the store front.
