Community Update

Second time they have messed up my appointment! I made an apt on Christmas Eve Day for my two daughters and me at 1 p.m. Three pedicures. We don't do this, ever, and it was a big treat for us. But they took walk-ins right before we arrived (we were on time). So they started one daughter at 1:15, another at 1:35, and I had to skip mine. We had to be to church at 3. There was no sense of urgency at all, and they didn't seem to understand the concept that an appointment means they should start it within 10 minutes or so of that time! This also happened when I made a pre-prom apt for my daughter. I won't be going back. The people are always very nice, but the service is highly unprofessional if you're on any kind of schedule. Really disappointed.
