Maple Grove Senior High Boys Soccer Dome Bound, Defeat North St. Paul 2-0
Crimson team now heads into the state semifinals to be played in the Metrodome.
The boys soccer team faced off against North St. Paul in a quarterfinal matchup played at the neutral site of Roseville High School on Thursday evening.
The came out strong and took a two-goal lead in the first half. But it may not have been their offense that won them the game, but their defense and goaltending efforts.
The team held North St. Paul scoreless, even though the Polars attacked relentlessly after Maple Grove's two goals. PJ Enright's athletic saves kept the ball out of North St. Paul's goal as the Polars pressed late in the second half.

Maple Grove (13-4-2) will now face Eden Prairie (13-3-3) in the semifinals at the Metrodome on Tuesday, Nov. 1 at noon.
