Brief: Adaptive Sit Skiing at Elm Creek Park Reserve

People with mobility impairments can try a Nordic sit-skiing class Sunday, Jan. 8 from 3-4:30 p.m. at in Maple Grove.

Participants will learn how to fit a sit-ski, propel across the snow, turn, stop, and glide. All equipment is provided.
