Coronavirus: Maple Grove Days 2020 Canceled

"We are very sad in our decision to cancel," organizers said in a statement Monday.

MAPLE GROVE, MN — The Maple Grove Community Organization announced Monday that the Maple Grove Days Festival will be cancelled. The group said that the crisis caused by the new coronavirus significantly disrupted the ability to plan the festival.

"Our top priority is the health and safety of our festival patrons, volunteers, and event staff," MGCO said in a statement.

"We understand the desire and longing to celebrate, to enjoy some normal summer experiences; to socialize with our neighbors, friends and support our community. And this made the decision that much harder. We are very sad in our decision to cancel."
