knowing how to improve your health are two different things. This personalized,
interactive class will help you determine if you are motivated to make desired
health changes and then teach you how to take action. Information obtained from
this one class can be utilized immediately so you can implement the changes needed
to improve your health!



Motivated participants
will:

  • calculate their
    BMI  (Body Mass Index)

    healthy goal weight

  • determine
    estimated daily caloric and nutrient needs

    requirements

  • develop an
    exercise and balanced meal plan

  • develop a SMART
    goal for improving health 



  • A pen/pencil, calculator and desire
    to move forward are required for this 90 minute class, which is taught by a
    registered, licensed dietitian nutritionist.
