East Fish Lake Road in Maple Grove Will Close Sept. 1

East Fish Lake Road in Maple Grove will close in both directions where it bridges over Interstate 494.

Beginning Thursday, Sept. 1, East Fish Lake Road will close in both directions where it bridges over Interstate 494.

The closure is due to a problem with standing water that collects in the area after each rain event, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

The bridge is projected to reopen on Sept. 12, depending on weather conditions.
