Eastbound County Road 81 Lanes Reopen in Maple Grove
Roadway scheduled to be fully reopened as of 6 p.m. June 29, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT)

The eastbound lanes of County Road 81, between Elm Creek Boulevard and Fernbrook Lane in Maple Grove, are scheduled to reopen 6 p.m. Thursday, June 29, according to MnDOT.
County 81 has been closed for several days at the end of May and reopened to one lane in each direction for several weeks to “maintain motorist safety” while crews cleaned up the roadway and restructured a stockpile in the Highway 610 project area. The stockpile had failed at the end of May after heavy rainfall and storms, causing a mudslide on and near County Road 81.
The westbound lanes of County Road 81 reopened June 17.
