According to Maple Grove Senior High, the purpose of orientation is to prepare students and families for the start of the school year. The following tasks are to be accomplished by seniors at orientation:

• Return required updated student emergency/health information sheet.

• Have pictures taken by Lifetouch in music rooms. Every student must have a picture taken for their school ID even if they do not plan to purchase a picture package.

• Deposit money in lunch account in cafeteria.

• Pick up tentative class schedule, check for accuracy and locate classrooms. 

• Purchase a parking permit (eligible seniors and juniors only).

• Meet administrators, counselors and support staff
