
Fall into fitness with Maple Grove Moms on the Run!
We are a group of amazing women who are interested in making new friends while strengthening/slimming down our bodies.
Take your running performance to the next level or ease your way into a new walking/running routine. Our fall season on the beautiful Elm Creek Trails provides a way to do both. The out and back interval format helps no one feel left behind. You can walk or run depending on your fitness level.
This 50 minute class provides total body strength and conditioning, cardio intervals and flexibility. Fall is all about focusing on building strength, losing inches and maximizing the fat/calorie burn!! Find accountability, new friends, and LOTS of fun.
Throughout the season there are opportunities to participate in local running events, ladies nights out, and volunteer activities.
