Low energy is a universal symptom of living with lupus and other chronic conditions, and it can significantly impact daily activities. Join certified Alexander Technique instructor Erin Thompson as she focuses on ways to increase energy, vitality, and mobility by improving postural alignment for increased lung capacity and joint freedom in daily activities.


Free, but pre-registration is required by Monday, November 9.

About the Presenter

Erin Thompson is an ATI certified instructor of the Alexander Technique, a method used to improve an individual’s overall coordination, minimizing pain and tension, and enhancing ease and freedom of movement in daily activities, all of which benefit one’s energy level. She has taught the Alexander Technique for eight years and offers private lessons in her home.

In addition to her expertise on the Alexander Technique, Thompson is also a faculty member of the Department of Theatre Arts and Dance at the University of Minnesota, where she has taught for over 20 years.
