One man is dead after a motor vehicle crash Friday that took place at the intersection of County Road 81 and Elm Creek Boulevard in Maple Grove.Tony Dean Bjorklund, 50, of Blaine, was transported from the scene to North Memorial Medical Center, where he died of multiple blunt force injuries.Authorities shut down the intersection following the incident, and asked motorists to avoid the intersection and use alternate routes. Tony Dean Bjorklund, 50, of Blaine, was transported from the scene to North Memorial Medical Center, where he died of multiple blunt force injuries.Authorities shut down the intersection following the incident, and asked motorists to avoid the intersection and use alternate routes.
