MAPLE GROVE, MN — What’s going on in Maple Grove? As residents enjoy the summer weather, the city is seeing a lot of developments in the middle of construction. Below is a listing of new commercial developments recently approved:
- MapleRidge Church Addition: This is an approval to construct a 1,811 square foot addition and alterations to MapleRidge Church. Located at 13400 Maple Knoll Way.
- Wild Bill’s Sports Saloon: This is an approval to construct an outdoor patio. Located at 7887 Elm Creek Blvd.
- Lifetime Fitness Swim School: This is an approval to construct a 17,750 square foot swim school. Located at Forestview Lane and Hemlock Lane.
- Raising Cane’s: This is an approval to construct a 3,819 square foot restaurant with drive thru service. Located at 9875 Maple Grove Parkway. - Applewood Pointe of Maple Grove at Arbor Lakes: This is an approval to develop property into a 102-unit senior cooperative. Located at Kirkwood Lane and 82nd Avenue.
- Territorial Woods: This is an approval to develop property into a 98 Apartment units and 69 attached townhome units. Located at 13763 – 14033 Territorial Road.
