Maple Grove Golfers Finish State Trip

A pair of girls golfers finished up competition at the Class AAA state meet on Wednesday at Bunker Hills in Coon Rapids.

Crimson sophomore Ashley Money finished the state meet with a score of 183, good for a tie for 54th place overall. Her teammate, junior Jill Larson, finished tied for 71st overall with a 192.

Cretin-Derham Hall freshman Celia Kuenster and Stillwater Area’s Cassie Deeg finished tied for first place on Wednesday with a 148. On the team side, Wayzata won the state championship by shooting a 661. Stillwater finished second with a 668 team score.
