Maple Grove Real Estate sees February housing data heating up well before winter actually ends leading to expectation of a very hot 2015!
Spring Seems to have sprung a bit early in the Maple Grove Real Estate market as February numbers look more similar to the warming April/May historic numbers than a chilly frozen February.
- Home Sales up in February by more than 50% compared to February 2014
- Average February Sales Price up by more than 10% compared to February 2014
Hopefully this is a trend that can continue throughout 2015, leaving Maple Grove home owners with plenty to celebrate with regards to their home equity position!
