Maple Grove Man Injured in 2-Vehicle Clearwater Crash
A local man was taken to the hospital Thursday.
Minnesota State Patrol said a Maple Grove man suffered non-life threatening injuries in a Thursday morning crash that sent his vehicle careening into a light pole.
The two-car collision occurred around 9 a.m. near the Clearwater Travel Plaza in Clearwater, according to the St. Cloud Times.
"Cheryl Cadwell, 51 of Fargo, was exiting Clearwater Travel Plaza, going west on Nelson Drive. Reuben Jacob, 57 of Maple Grove, was driving north on Stearns County Highway 24. Cadwell pulled out in front of the Jacob's truck, causing the truck to go into the ditch," the story said, adding that Jacobs then struck a pole.
