Maple Grove Police: Try Our New Online Crime Map

Have you visited Maple Grove's new crime maps online? The Maple Grove Police Department invited the public to give the new system a try back in May. Here are their tips:  

The Maple Grove Police Department is now utilizing a crime mapping and analysis interface called RAIDS Online. The interactive police incident map enables users to:

• Select a specific address or view a general location
• Select a distance to only show crimes around that address
• Choose from several crime types
• Choose date ranges going back one year
• Create a density map showing hotspots
• Select from other data layers
• Sign up for crime alerts

Follow this link ... and choose “Jump to City” and select “MN – Maple Grove” from the drop-down.
