​Maple Grove Walmart: Remodel Focuses On Convenience, Service

MAPLE GROVE, MN — Maple Grove residents will get their first look at the newly remodeled Walmart Supercenter at 9451 Dunkirk Lane North on Friday, Aug. 18, as the much anticipated project is completed. A grand reopening ribbon-cutting is scheduled for 7:30 a.m., according to a news release.

The retailer said customers will enjoy the following store improvements:

• State-of-the-art electronics department with interactive displays
• Refreshed pharmacy with new consultation room
• Additional self-checkouts that will save you time
• Walmart Pickup conveniently located near back of the store
• Upgraded hardware department with hands-on display of tools
• Addition of mothers’ room for privacy

"We’re looking forward to reintroducing our store to the community with expanded offerings and a fresh look," said Store Manager Todd VanStraten in a statement.

"Our everyday low prices remain the same, but these investments add greater convenience and an improved shopping experience for the people of Maple Grove."
