The good folks at Activision sent Deadpool my way recently. Deadpool is a character in the Marvel comics universe who is absolutely insane, literally. The same kind of experiments that made Wolverine a regenerating mutant masterpiece melted Wade Wilson and drove him crazy to boot.
High Moon studios brings the wise cracking anti-hero to life in one of the wildest games I've played. Unfortunately the game suffers from some technical setbacks and a limited budget but it is still a lot of fun especially if you are a fan.
This is not sophisticated humor here folks, Deadpool is as crass as it gets and I'm glad my sense of humor ranges from the depths of crassness to the heights of wit because I was able to enjoy it quite a bit. I even played it all the way through in 2 days, a rarity when reviewing since time is often of the essence.
