On Friday just before 12:30 p.m., Coon Rapids police responded to a single-family house on the 200 block of 94th Avenue Northwest. The 911 call captured the sound of a female struggling in the background, according to the criminal complaint.
At the scene, officers found a man's body in the doorway of the home with at least one gunshot to the head, according to investigators.

A second man's body and a woman's body were also found with gunshot wounds in the head, the criminal complaint states.
Two small children, both under the age of five, were also present but physically uninjured, investors said.
No firearms were located inside the home, though broken firearm magazines and loose rounds of ammo were found near the first man's body, police said.
Investigators reviewed camera footage from inside and outside the house. Footage showed a blue Nissan Altima park in front of the residence at 12:21 p.m.
Three suspects exited the vehicle, two appearing as UPS delivery drivers, and entered the house. One of the men was carrying a cardboard box as if he were delivering a package, according to the criminal complaint.
Just over 5 minutes later, all three are seen leaving the residence and driving away, police said.
Surveillance audio and video obtained from the home's bedroom camera showed Mingo entering wearing a UPS-style uniform, according to the criminal complaint.
Mingo has the man and woman at gunpoint and demands money, authorities said. Mingo eventually shoots the woman in the head at point-blank range while two toddlers are nearby, according to investigators.
The older child can be seen entering the bedroom shortly thereafter, "crying hysterically," the criminal complaint states. Another video shows the younger child entering the bedroom to check on his deceased mom until the older child pulls the younger child away, police said.
Shortly after law enforcement responded to the Coon Rapids address, a KOPS alert was issued on Mingo’s vehicle, which was located driving around in Fridley near his residence, according to the criminal complaint.
Mingo was arrested, his vehicle was towed, and the cell phone he threw out the window during the traffic stop was retrieved, authorities said.
Investigators later determined that Mingo had worked for UPS until early January.
