OMGBA 4th Grade Girls Win MYAS Grade State Tournament
The team won the championship title in the 2A division in the MYAS Grade State Tournament.

Following the footsteps of the ’s and grade girls teams, a team of OMGBA fourth graders won state in the 2A division at the MYAS Grade State Tournament.
The team, which was the #1 seed coming into the tournament, played in the highest division during the state tournament March 4.
OMGBA started out the tournament with a 22-6 win over #6 seed Woodbury. The OMGBA team faced #8 seed Rogers in the second game of the tournament, coming out with a 27-11 win.

Continuing on their pace of significantly outscoring their opponents, the fourth graders beat #4 seed Eden Prairie 26-6 in the tournament semifinals, which earned them a spot in the championship game against #6 seed Apple Valley.
The OMGBA fourth graders went onto beat Apple Valley, 26-16, in the final game of the 2A division for in the MYAS Grade State Tournament.

The championship win ended a nearly perfect season for the team, ending with a 13-2 record with the two losses coming when the team played up in a fifth grade tournament.
Members of the OMGBA fourth grade MYAS Grade State Tournament Division 2A team included: Abby Schulte, Alison Hinze, Kayhla Adams, Lauren Bredensteiner, Christina Bolcer, Molly Stern, Maddie Tobias, Jordyn Allen, Hope Hutchison and Tianna Iserman. The coaches were Scott Schulte, Dennis Bolcer, Chuck Stern and Bill Hutchison.
To add to the tournament for the experience, players Abby Schulte and Molly Stern have older sisters that won the 6A girls title. The championship games were played back-to-back games.
