Online School Students Tour University of Minnesota Campus

Students from MTS Minnesota Connections Academy and their families visited the University of Minnesota with one of their school's advisory teachers, Jennifer Grimm of Osseo. The visit provides an opportunity for juniors and seniors to meet with a college student on campus to see the sites and hear background on the school.

Minnesota Connections Academy's field trips and community events offer students, who attend the tuition-free school from home, the chance to socialize with other students, family members and faculty. Nearly 2,000 students across the state are served by the school's full-time faculty members, which includes state-certified teachers, school guidance counselors, special education professionals, and administrative staff.
