Operating and Tech Levy Requests Could Be Coming in Osseo School District 279
Board members seem inclined to ask again despite defeat last fall, the Sun Post reported.

Board members in Osseo School District 279 are of a mind to go to voters again with levies for operations and technology, according to the Sun Post.
That's despite the rejection operating and tech levy requests got last November.
A tech levy had unanimous appeal among board members present at a late-February work session, the Sun Post reported, and an operating levy request had majority support.

One factor in the decision: 2013 is an odd number. According to the Sun Post, District Communications Director told the board:
“During odd years, passage rates are higher than during even years when there’s either a presidential or gubernatorial election."
