Osseo Schools Cancelled Again on Tuesday

**School canceled Tuesday, Jan 28**
Due to the continued forecast of severe weather with dangerous wind chills, Osseo Area Schools will be closed again on Tuesday, Jan. 28.

Classes will not be held and the buildings will be closed. The school board meeting will go on as scheduled, but all other after-school and evening activities, including parent/teacher conferences, are canceled. The school board will take action Tuesday on a proposal to alleviate overcrowding at Basswood Elementary.

Schools were also closed Monday due to the weather.

The district is currently examining whether they will need to add days to the calendar due to the unusual number of canceled school days this winter, and they anticipate having more information about that within the next few weeks. We look forward to seeing your student back in school on Wednesday, said a district release.
