The Osseo Area Retired Educators group hosted the OARE Scholarship Breakfast at Friday, Dec. 2.  Proceeds from the fundraiser breakfast will be given as scholarships to one senior at each of the three high schools in the Osseo School District: , Osseo Senior High and Park Center Senior High.
