Photos: Osseo Boys Hockey Defeated by Andover
The Orioles receive their first loss of the 2011-2012 season.
The Orioles fell at home to Andover 5-2 on Saturday, Dec. 10 at home. The loss puts fourth in the Northwest Suburban Conference behind Elk River, Maple Grove and Andover High Schools.
Osseo picked up goals from Nolan Schipper and Thomas Schulzetenberg in the loss, the team’s first of the season.
The next home game for the Orioles boys varsity hockey team is 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17 against Armstrong High School. The junior varsity team plays at 5 p.m.

According to the Osseo Hockey website, the Dec. 17 game is Youth Hockey Night at the Osseo Ice Arena. Any player wearing his or her youth hockey jersey has free admission to the game. The players can stay after the varsity game to meet the players and tour the locker room.
