Plans For 100-Acre 'Health Village' In Maple Grove Released
The site will offer public spaces, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, retail and more, Ryan Companies says.
MAPLE GROVE, MN — Minneapolis-based Ryan Companies announced plans Tuesday for a "health village" on 100 acres of Maple Grove land. Ryan is partnering with North Memorial Health for the project.
"Beyond having the unique opportunity to develop a special place, we are excited about the opportunity to strengthen brand awareness for the health system and help it establish an even better connection with the community," said Erwin Effler III, vice president of real estate development at Ryan, in a statement.
The village would be located near Interstate 94 and Highway 610, near Maple Grove Hospital, which will anchor the project. The site will offer public spaces, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, retail and more, the company says.

"North Memorial Health is excited about the opportunity this land and partnership with Ryan brings," said Andy Cochrane, CEO of Maple Grove Hospital. "Having the flexibility to evaluate expansion in our growing market and improve access to care for the community is something we look forward to in our next chapter."
