I just wanted to say thank you for the warm reception I have received from literally every person I have visited with in Mendota Heights over the last few months.
When new legislative districts were drawn this spring, the southern part of Mendota Heights was placed in the area I represent in the Minnesota House. I was pleased to see that. With a lot of friends, family, and clients in Mendota Heights and since I live right next door in Inver Grove, I knew a lot about Mendota Heights already.
But that's no substitute for actually visiting with people. So I set out to make it to every home in the part of Mendota Heights that I now represent. Without exception, the reception I have received has been cordial, thoughtful, and helpful to me in learning about the issues that are important to folks in Mendota Heights.
