We are excited that Leslie Pilgrim is returning to Saint Paul's UMC to present what pollinators to plant in small spaces or container gardening and identifying weeds versus native plants - Weeds 101. Leslie has been recognized by Mendota Heights in service of natural resources, including water resources. Some of the community efforts she has created, led, and volunteered for include: Neighborhood Greening dedicated to community
environmental education and stewardship, Roots in the Ground initiative with a goal to plant 5,000 trees in Mendota Heights in 5 years, and serves as a member on the board of the Lower Mississippi River Watershed Management Organization. Please share this class with neighbors and friends and support us by attending on Tuesday evening, June 2 @ 6:30 pm! Free community event with a wildflower doorprize!
