'Cruella de Vil' Booked into Dakota County Jail

The Dakota County Sheriff's Officecan handle interesting jail bookings on Halloween, according to stories in the latest "The Front Row" newsletter. 

This year, the office booked into jail for assault a woman dressed as Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians. 

In another incident on Halloween, deputies from the Sheriff's Office and an Eagan police officer encountered a woman dressed as a Zombie walking around the cemetery. 

She told police that she was visiting a relative's grave. That relative had died on Halloween, she told them. Her explanation turned out to be true and she continued on her way.
