2 Dogs Die In Dakota County Bar Fire, Now A Total Loss

DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — The Naughty Pines Bar, formerly Frank's Place, in Hampton, Minnesota was completely engulfed in flames at 1 p.m. Thursday. Firefighters were still battling the blaze at 2:15 p.m., according to the Dakota County Sheriff's Office. When the blaze was extinguished, it was discovered that two dogs died in the fire.

The sheriff's office told KSTP that no people were injured in the fire. The person who lived in an apartment above the bar was not home during the fire. The fire is not considered suspicious by authorities.
