I am very excited to invite you to try a free " Tai Chi “ class this Sunday ( Nov 20th) at 4:00pm. Tai chi is sometimes described as "meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body. Originally developed in ancient China for self-defense, tai chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and to help with a variety of other health conditions. During the class, we are going to practice some movements.
Please invite your friends and/or family members to join our class as well. This is an open class is suitable for everyone, and free to everyone!
Please bring indoor exercises shoes and wear the clothes easy to move.
