MH Parks and Recreation Summer 2012 Youth Trips

Grab a friend and join us on fun, well chaperoned weekly trips this summer.

Trips depart & return from City Hall.  Deadline to register is Tuesday prior to trip.  Space is limited, so register early. 

All trip fees include chaperones, bus (except WSP Pool day) & activity fee and lunch if noted.

 June 28 Valleyfair, ages 10 and up (under 10 allowed if accompanied by an adult).  Fee: $32, Pickup/Return: 9:00 a.m. to 6:20 p.m.

Gather your friends and family and come spend the day at the best amusement park around! Ride the Powertower, Renegade, Steel Venom and Excalibur!  Bring your swimsuit and towel for the waterpark, and money for concessions.

July 12 Apple Valley Aquatic Center, ages 7 and up.  Fee: $18, Pickup/Return: 10:20 a.m. to 3:25 p.m.

Cool off in this huge pool full of activities from thrilling waterslides to a sand and water play area.  Take a ride on the lazy river or try the new thrilling Superbowl Slide!  Bring a bag lunch, swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, change of clothes and money for concessions. 

July 26 MH & WSP Park & Rec Day at the WSP Pool, ages 6 & up.  Fee:  $10, No Bus  10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Have your parents drop you off at the WSP pool at 92 West Orme at 10:00 a.m.  We start the day with fun and games, activities and prizes outside followed by picnic lunch.  We will be in the pool from noon to 3:00 p.m. Remember your towel, change of clothes, sunscreen and extra money for concessions.  An afternoon snack will be provided.
