Ivo Velasquez, National Director of Mano a Mano Nuevo Mundo, will be traveling from Bolivia to join us for the festival as well. This will be his first visit to the US in more than 5 years, and is a great chance to learn more about our water and other infrastructure projects in Bolivia.
Some of the items up for auction are a home-cooked Bolivian dinner with Mano a Mano co-founders Joan and Segundo Velasquez, a hand-woven quilt, gold earrings from Bolivia, 4 Premium Club Seating tickets to the September 17 University of Minnesota football game, Twins tickets, and a framed 30"x40" Bolivian landscape photograph by Dr. Ivar Mendez.
