Minnesota Governor Tim Walz announced this month that restaurants will be able to operate at 75 percent capacity.

- Axel's will have an Easter Brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with both dine-in and to-go options.
- Kincaid's in Saint Paul will offer an Easter Brunch, as well as Easter Dinner options, for $23 per person.
- Holman's Table in Saint Paul will have brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $42 per adult and $15 per child under nine.
