Mendota Heights Appoints New Parks And Recreation Commissioner

City council appointed Jaffrey Blanks as the new commissioner of the city's Parks and Recreation Commission.

The Mendota Heights city council appointed Jaffrey Blanks as the new commissioner of the city’s Parks and Recreation Commission Tuesday.

Blanks and his wife moved to Mendota Heights from St. Paul. They have four children.

Blanks is excited to serve on the Parks and Recreation Commission and have the opportunity to give back to the community, according to his bio listed on next week’s agenda.
