Mendota Heights Highway 110 Construction Update
Beginning Monday, there will be parts of eastbound Highway 110 traffic is reduced to one lane in Mendota Heights.
MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN — Beginning Monday, there will be parts of eastbound Highway 110 traffic is reduced to one lane in Mendota Heights. As part of this work, the median in front of Carmen Lane/Crown Point will be under construction the week of May 22. Motorists will only be able to access the area from the westbound traffic lanes, according to police.
Mon, May 15 through Sun, June 11
- EB Hwy 110 between Lexington Ave and I-494 will be a single lane where crews are present
- WB Hwy 110 between I-494 and Lexington Ave will have off-peak lane closures

Mon, June 12 through Mon, July 24
- EB Hwy 110 between I-35E and I-494 will be closedDetour: I-35E, EB I-494, NB Hwy 3 back to Hwy 110
- Note: WB Hwy 110 closure and detour will occur after the EB Hwy 110 lanes are open (tentatively scheduled for July 24)
Note: The north/south movement through the Hwy 149/Dodd Rd and Deleware Ave Hwy 110 intersections will remain open throughout the project. All businesses and residences will remain accessible throughout the project by following detours, according to a news release.

Noise
Nearby residences and businesses may experience some noise during construction work. Starting June 12, construction crews might be working 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. Between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., the following activities should not be performed: Jackhammering, pile driving, saw cutting and concrete crushing. Crews will work to keep noise down.
