"NOT ME!" Women's Assault Training and Self-Defense
"Not Me!" focuses on the prevention and avoidance of assaults. Learn the danger zones, danger signals and the physical moves to escape.
“Not Me!” has trained over 10,000 women throughout the U.S. in small, intimate classroom settings. Participants will learn the “who, what, when, where and how” of assaults. Once you understand the sequence of assaults, you can recognize the danger signs and stop the sequence before it escalates to the next level. Topics include danger zones, prevention and awareness tools, escape tactics, drugging and what to do when a weapon is involved.

This class is appropriate for anyone ages 15+. All minors are required to attend with a paid adult. Training fee is $79 and includes a copy of the “Not Me!” book.
