Photos: Le Cordon Bleu and Brown College Present New Locations in Mendota Heights to Public

and College of Culinary Arts teamed up Oct. 7 to present their new facilities in the Mendota Heights industrial park off of Mendota Heights Road.

Brown College recently moved to their new building off of Mendota Heights Road, and celebrated 65 years in the Twin Cities by showing off their new classrooms and programs.

Le Cordon Bleu also moved to their new building early this year, and celebrated the grand opening of with the 80-or-so guests that visited to check out the facilities and the cuisine. Technique Restaurant is student-run and overseen by the school’s instructors.

Technique Restaurant is open to the public Tuesday-Friday, 11:45 a.m. -12:15 p.m. for lunch seating and 5:45 p.m.-6:15 p.m. for dinner seating. The public may make reservations for three or five-course sit-down dinners featuring the menu of the day.
