MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN — A transformer at Lexington Avenue and Kingsley Circle South has failed and there are reports that the power is out all along Lexington Avenue from Highway 110 to Highway 13, according to the Mendota Heights Police Department. The stop lights at Highway 110 and Lexington are out as well. Police will provide updates as they are made available.
